MISSION STATEMENT OF THE PROJECT
The Skid Row Housing Trust (the Trust) provides permanent supportive housing so that people who have experienced homelessness, prolonged extreme poverty, poor health, disabilities, mental illness and/or addiction can lead safe, stable lives in wellness.

WHO WE ARE
The Trust is to provide a home for people living on Skid Row in LA. Offering more than 1,800 homes to homeless individuals. This helps give the people dignity and independence. Once the individual is place in their new home we provide with them with any support. The trust provide them with case management, mental health treatment, substance abuse recovery, and primary healthcare. The trust has successfully had over 90% of its residents to remained in their home for over a year.
WHAT WE DO
We help end homeless in LA by building homes affordable and to break the cycle of homelessness. Residents come dealing with substance abuse, mental illness and complex co-occurring disorder, the trust provides support for these individuals.

OUR BUILDINGS
24 buildings of Permanent Supportive Housing for formerly homeless individuals in the Los Angeles area. And building many more in downtown for homeless veterans.

SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
individual and group counseling
Educational and peer support groups
Health screenings, assessment, and education
Chronic disease detection and management
Assistance in obtaining disability, Social Security, and other government entitlements
Recovery support, including substance abuse counseling and treatment
Connection with resources for money management, job training and education programs
Linkages to psychiatry and medication management
Linkages to primary physical and mental health care
